For polyester and other synthetic hank yarn requiring high temperature and high pressure dyeing. Available in GSH spray type and vertical immersion type, with capacities from about 5 kg for small batches to 600 kg for industrial production.
GSH-1-60 is a compact high temperature spray hank yarn dyeing machine designed for small-lot polyester hank yarn, polyester blended yarn and other suitable synthetic yarn processing. It is commonly used for recipe testing, shade approval, trial production and limited-quantity orders where high temperature dyeing is required.
The machine is equipped with one 600mm spray pipe, 140℃ design temperature, 135℃ maximum working temperature and 0.4MPa maximum working pressure. Its recommended loading capacity is around 5kg, depending on yarn material, hank size, yarn density and process requirement.
GSH-2-60 is a 10kg high temperature high pressure spray hank yarn dyeing machine designed for small-lot polyester hank yarn, polyester blended yarn and chenille yarn dyeing. Equipped with two 600mm spray pipes, 140°C design temperature, 0.4MPa maximum working pressure and reversible liquor circulation, this model is suitable for trial production, shade confirmation and regular small-batch production where 5kg sampling capacity is not enough.
GSH-2-150 is a small-batch high temperature spray hank yarn dyeing machine for polyester and suitable synthetic yarns. Typical loading is around 20 kg per batch, with maximum capacity up to 30 kg depending on yarn conditions. Machine features 2 spray pipes, 140°C design temperature and 0.4 MPa design pressure.

TY-VH-170 model high pressure hank yarn dyeing machine is adopt high temperature immersion dyeing, it is specially suitale for dyeing 100% polyester yarn, chenille, half fleece yarn, carpt yarn etc.
GSH-6X4-200 is a high-capacity high temperature and high pressure spray hank yarn dyeing machine designed for polyester and other suitable synthetic hank yarns. With a maximum loading capacity of up to 600 kg per batch, 24 × 2000 mm spray pipes and inverter-controlled liquor circulation, it is suitable for industrial large-batch hank yarn dyeing production.
This 5 kg immersion type high pressure hank yarn dyeing machine is designed for polyester blended hank yarn and special yarns requiring better hank shape, yarn roundness and softer appearance after dyeing. It uses steam heating, 316L dye liquor contact parts, inverter-controlled main pump motor and HG dyeing computer as standard configuration. SEDO controller and fully automatic control can be customized according to customer requirements.
