GSH-6X4-200 is a high-capacity spray hank yarn dyeing machine for polyester and other suitable synthetic hank yarns requiring high-temperature pressure dyeing. The machine is equipped with 24 spray pipes, each 2000 mm long, and has a maximum loading capacity of up to 600 kg per batch.

Polyester hank yarn normally requires a dyeing temperature around 130°C. Because this temperature is above the atmospheric boiling point of water, the dyeing process must be carried out in a closed pressure vessel. GSH-6X4-200 is designed for this process with a design temperature of 140°C, maximum working temperature of 135°C and maximum working pressure of 0.4 MPa.
During dyeing, liquor is circulated through stainless steel spray pipes and repeatedly passes through the loaded hank yarn. Main pump speed can be adjusted by frequency inverter according to yarn type, batch loading and process requirement.
