PRODUCT FEATURE

• GSH-6x4 high preesure hank yarn  dyeing machine is suitable for bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and post processing. 
• The water pump of high temperature hank dyeing machine is specially designed(Low energy cost but high flow). The new pump improves the overall performance of the pump and solves the problem that the traditional type of machine affects the dyeing quality when the water volume is low at high temperatures.
• The new design spray pipe avoiding the twisting and knotting phenomenon of Hank yarn, and the dyeing loss is very low.
• The main motor is equipped with frequency inverter, according different capacity of yarn, different material of yarn, different count of yarn, can be adjustable.

• All the parts contacting dye liquor are made of high quality corrosion resistance stainless steel. 
• Dyetuff tank: mixing, heating, water inflow, backflow and add dyestuff.
