PRODUCT FEATURE

• GSH high preesure hank yarn spray dyeing machine is suitable for bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and post processing. Capable of twisted core yarn, hyperbolic, single-strand yarn, rayon, viscose, cotton, cotton nitrile, mercerized cotton yarn, silk, silk and cashmere, wool, etc.
• The water pump of high temperature hank dyeing machine is specially designed(Low energy cost but high flow). The new pump improves the overall performance of the pump and solves the problem that the traditional type of machine affects the dyeing quality when the water volume is low at high temperatures.
• The weir flow type jet tube integrates the functions of spraying liquid, turning yarn and shifting into a whole, avoiding the twisting and knotting phenomenon of Hank yarn, and the dyeing loss is very low.
• The main motor is equipped with frequency inverter, according different capacity of yarn, different material of yarn, different count of yarn, can be adjustable.
