PRODUCT FEATURE

• Double layer hank yarn dyeing machine with larger capacity than single layer normal pressure hank yarn dyeing machine. Save cost, save energy and save space.
• It is equipped air cylinder for opening cover.
• Hank yarn dyeing machine is capable of bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and after-treatment process of twisted filament, single yarn, rayon, mercerized cotton yarn, silk, silk and cashmere in hank yarn form.
• Spray type hank yarn dyeing machine uses a specially designed low-energy, high-flow designed pump with high anti-cavitation ability.  The hank-type jet tube, dyeing tube and yarn-tube are integrated into one, there is absolutely no entanglement or knots formation in the dyed material, it is easy to rewind the tubes after dyeing, at low waste.
• The structure of the machine is optimized for low liquor ratio, minimised waste on raw materials, and low operation cost.
• Desigh working temperature: 98℃
• Max.heating rate : around 5℃/min (according the steam pressure 6KG/cm²)
• Cooling rate: around 4℃/min( accoding the cooling water  pressure 3kg / cm²）
