It is suitable for dyeing a wide range of hank yarn types such as twisted core yarn, hyperbolic yarn, single-strand yarn, rayon/viscose, cotton and blends, mercerized cotton yarn, silk, silk & cashmere, wool, etc.

It is suitable for bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and post processing on hank yarn.

The machine uses a new spray pipe design that helps avoid twisting and knotting of hank yarn and keeps dyeing loss very low.
Contact parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The system includes a dyestuff tank (mixing/heating/inflow/backflow/adding), yarn loading hooks, cleaning brush for spray pipe, a stainless steel mixing-flow pump, automatic water level indicator and stainless steel spray pipe.
Options include semi-auto/auto system, dosing system, auto opening/closing cover, and spray pipe length choices (L=600/1500/1800/2000mm).
