GSH-1-60 is a compact high temperature spray hank yarn dyeing machine designed for small-lot polyester hank yarn, polyester blended yarn and other suitable synthetic yarn processing. It is commonly used for recipe testing, shade approval, trial production and limited-quantity orders where high temperature dyeing is required.
The machine is equipped with one 600mm spray pipe, 140℃ design temperature, 135℃ maximum working temperature and 0.4MPa maximum working pressure. Its recommended loading capacity is around 5kg, depending on yarn material, hank size, yarn density and process requirement.
Two arms normal temperature hank yarn dyeing machine is suitable for using after finishing lab dyeing. The dyeing result is almost same with yarn which is dyeing in big capacity dyeing machine.
