PRODUCT FEATURE

TY-JL631 high temperature fabric dyeing machine is equipped with lifting fabric motor(fequency inverter control), the speed of lifting can be adjusted, max. speed is 600m/min.
Update machine structure, making the fabric running inside as lower tension. This model high pressure fabric dyeing machine has knock-point, ensure cloth can stock in order manner, avoid dyeing wrinkle and crease, impove hand feeling and bulking intensity.
Special design the anti-swirl baffle, during dyeing processing there's no cloth spin, ensuring get more uniform dyeing.
Use adjustable nozzle: the space of jet nozzle can be adjusted freely in order to reach half-jet dyeing or full-jet dyeing.
Newest design inner mesh, when dyeing high density fabric, it will be running more smoothly.
Optional configuration: auto dyestuff tank, dosing system, auto temperature control system.
