Before dyeing, the fabric is usually sewn end to end to form a continuous fabric rope. During operation, the fabric moves through the nozzle, guide tube and fabric storage chamber repeatedly. The nozzle provides the main driving force and creates active liquor-fabric exchange.
At the same time, the dye liquor circulates through the main circulation system. The liquor is delivered back to the nozzle area, where it exchanges with the fabric during each circulation cycle. This combined fabric circulation and dye liquor circulation supports uniform bleaching, dyeing, washing and scouring.
