The TYHL high temperature loose fiber dyeing machine is designed for polyester staple fiber and synthetic loose fiber dyeing under high-temperature conditions. Available in 5kg, 10kg and 25kg capacities, it is suitable for laboratory-to-production verification, pilot dyeing and small-batch loose fiber processing. The machine adopts steam heating, semi-automatic control as standard, stainless steel 304 material, and a reference liquor ratio of about 1:6. With stable circulation, controlled heating and flexible loading options, it helps dyeing plants verify recipes, improve shade repeatability and handle smaller multi-color orders more efficiently.
