The TYHL high temperature loose fiber dyeing machine is designed for polyester staple fiber and synthetic loose fiber dyeing under high-temperature conditions. Available in 5kg, 10kg and 25kg capacities, it is suitable for laboratory-to-production verification, pilot dyeing and small-batch loose fiber processing. The machine adopts steam heating, semi-automatic control as standard, stainless steel 304 material, and a reference liquor ratio of about 1:6. With stable circulation, controlled heating and flexible loading options, it helps dyeing plants verify recipes, improve shade repeatability and handle smaller multi-color orders more efficiently.

8451400000The TYHL high temperature loose fiber dyeing machine is designed for dyeing synthetic loose fibers, especially polyester staple fiber. It is suitable for laboratory-to-production verification, pilot dyeing and small-batch loose fiber processing before regular bulk production.
Polyester staple fiber has a compact molecular structure and is commonly dyed with disperse dyes under high-temperature conditions. During heating, the movement of polyester molecular chains increases the internal free volume of the fiber, allowing dye particles to diffuse into the fiber structure. After cooling, the dye is retained inside the fiber, helping to achieve stable shade performance.
This machine is used when dyeing plants need a more practical pilot-scale process than laboratory beaker dyeing, but do not want to use a large production machine for every test or small order.
In actual production, the result from laboratory sample dyeing may not always transfer directly to bulk dyeing. The TYHL machine helps verify the dyeing recipe, temperature curve, liquor circulation and fiber loading condition under a process closer to production.
It is especially useful for dyehouses processing polyester staple fiber, synthetic loose fiber, frequent color changes or smaller customer orders where production flexibility and shade repeatability are important.
For high-temperature dyeing with disperse dyes and process verification before larger production.
For chemical fiber dyeing where stable circulation and controlled heating are required.
For checking dyeing conditions before transferring the process to a larger machine.
For dyehouses handling multiple colors, lower batch quantities and flexible production plans.
For sample development, pilot dyeing and small-batch loose fiber production, TYHL-5, TYHL-10 and TYHL-25 are commonly selected. The loading cage size is designed according to the selected machine capacity.
| Model | Capacity | Main Power | Recommended Use |
|---|---|---|---|
| TYHL-5 | 5 kg | 1.1 kW | Laboratory sample dyeing and color verification |
| TYHL-10 | 10 kg | 1.5 kW | Pilot dyeing and repeated process testing |
| TYHL-25 | 25 kg | 2.2 kW | Pilot production and small-batch dyeing orders |

The machine adopts a high-efficiency horizontal circulation pump. The optimized pump impeller design supports stable dye liquor circulation through the loose fiber while helping reduce unnecessary main motor power demand.
In loose fiber dyeing, circulation stability is directly related to dye penetration and shade uniformity. Proper liquor flow through the fiber mass helps reduce uneven dyeing risk and makes the pilot dyeing result more useful for later production reference.
Temperature control is one of the key factors in polyester staple fiber dyeing. The dyeing computer controls the heating, temperature holding and cooling stages according to the set dyeing program.
Stable temperature control helps improve dye diffusion, reduce shade fluctuation and support better repeatability between different batches. For higher automation requirements, an automatic control system can be selected.
The TYHL machine supports flexible loose fiber loading and unloading. The fiber cage can be lifted directly upward, or the machine can be equipped with a bottom-plate chain lifting frame according to the user’s workshop layout and operating habit.
For plants handling different batch sizes, spacers can be used to adjust the effective loading range inside the fiber carrier. This helps improve loading flexibility when the actual fiber quantity changes from one order to another.
According to the process arrangement, the machine can be used for several loose fiber treatment steps, including bleaching, scouring, dyeing and softening. Completing multiple steps in one vessel can reduce repeated material handling and improve workshop efficiency.
This configuration is practical for dyeing plants that need to balance sample confirmation, pilot production and smaller customer orders without occupying a large production machine too frequently.
If your fiber or dyeing process does not require high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing, a normal temperature loose fiber dyeing machine may be more suitable.
