The TYHL high temperature loose fiber dyeing machine is designed for dyeing synthetic loose fibers, especially polyester staple fiber. It is suitable for laboratory-to-production verification, pilot dyeing and small-batch loose fiber processing before regular bulk production.

Polyester staple fiber has a compact molecular structure and is commonly dyed with disperse dyes under high-temperature conditions.
