TY-JL636 series is top-running L-type fabric dyeing machine developed for knitted synthetic fabric, elastic knitted fabric and velvet / brushed home textile fabric. This fabric dyeing equipment features low liquor ratio design of 1:6–7, helping save a large amount of process water and reduce steam required for heating. Equipped with large-flow, low-spray-pressure overflow nozzle, TY-JL636 is widely used for knitted fabric dyeing. The maximum loading capacity can reach up to 300 kg per tube, and it is suitable for dyeing fabric ranging from 50 GSM to 2000 GSM.
Knitted fabric are naturally more elastic and looser in structure than woven fabric, making them more sensitive to tension, friction and crease formation during dyeing. TY-JL636 is designed to match the characteristics of knitted fabric and improve dyeing performance through relaxed fabric transport and efficient dye liquor exchange.
TY-JL636 integrates key components including the main dyeing body, overflow / jet nozzle system, fabric guide system, heat exchanger, circulation pump and dosing pump group. Through coordinated liquor flow and controlled fabric movement, the machine supports stable dye liquor penetration and efficient processing performance.
