The Y10 uses cabinet structure with overflow circulation. During processing, dye liquor circulates continuously through the yarn area, while the flow direction can be switched automatically between forward and reverse circulation.
The circulation condition can be adjusted according to yarn characteristics and process requirements. The hank yarn bar position can also be adjusted to accommodate different hank lengths.
This cabinet configuration is especially suitable for applications where maintaining hank form, yarn roundness and finished yarn appearance is an important part of the dyeing result.
The Y10 can also be configured with a floor-standing dystuff tank for customers who require a separate system for dye and chemical preparation.
This configuration is equipped with with back-flush dyestuff preparation system and charging pump. The back-flush system mixes dyestuff or chemicals inside the tank, while the charging pump transfers the prepared solution into the dyeing machine.
