For large-capacity GSH hank yarn dyeing machines, pneumatic vertical cover opening can be supplied as an optional configuration. Air cylinders assist cover opening and closing, reducing manual handling of heavy vessel cover.
Pneumatic assistance makes daily operation more convenient, especially on large-diameter pressure vessels where cover weight is higher.
Vertical opening reduces lateral space required for cover movement. This configuration changes cover operating method but does not change dyeing principle, spray circulation system or high-temperature pressure dyeing process.
