PRODUCT FEATURE

• Y model full fill hank yarn dyeing machine indirect heating pipe is installed at the top and bottom of the dyeing machine to ensure uniform distribution of dye temperature, the direct heating pipe is provided at the bottom to meet the requirements of various dyeing processes.
• Normal temperature hank yarn dyeing machine's circulating pump blade is well designed and equipped with multi-stage variable speed to adapt to dyeing different types of hank yarn.
• The precise positive and negative turning controller is adopted，change rotating direction of  impeller automatically, ensure even dyeing.
• This type hank yarn dyeing machine can be 2 in 1 or 4 in 1, reduce the dyeing difference rate.

STANDARD STRUCTURE

• The main body and the part contact with dye liquor are made of high quality stainless steel.
• Stainless steel main pump with high quality mechanical seal.
• Stainless steel hang yarn bar (2 sets).
• Stainless steel charging pump (the capacity of machine lower (include) Y20 without charging pump).
• Dyestuff tank: mixing, feeding, backflash, backflow and cleaning device
