Dye liquor circulates through yarn package in both inside-to-outside and outside-to-inside directions. Reversible flow helps liquor penetrate through wound yarn layers and supports more consistent liquor exchange between inner and outer layer of each package.
2000 mm is the diameter of machine main body. It is designed with 10 layers and 108 spindle rods, allowing 1080 standard yarn packages to be loaded in one batch.
The standard heating method is steam heating. The machine is designed with an internal heating core for heat exchange during the dyeing process.
The wetted parts are made of stainless steel 316L, suitable for contact with dye liquor, auxiliaries and high-temperature dyeing conditions.
