The DF241 is one of our package yarn dyeing machine solutions for cotton yarn dyeing production. It is designed for soft yarn packages loaded on dye tubes, where liquor penetration, package density, circulation direction and process control all affect the final dyeing result.

For cotton package yarn dyeing, even liquor penetration is one of the key factors for reducing shade difference between the inner, middle and outer layers of the yarn package. The DF241 adopts reversible liquor circulation, allowing the dye liquor to circulate from inside to outside and reverse from outside to inside during the dyeing process.

Capacity and Model Selection

The actual loading capacity of a package yarn dyeing machine depends on yarn package diameter, dye tube height, package density and package weight. For standard quotation, we normally calculate the loading capacity based on approximately 1 kg per standard yarn package.

However, the final carrier design should be confirmed according to the customer's real yarn package size, package weight and yarn density. If the package diameter is larger than the standard size, the spindle distance, carrier arrangement and actual loading quantity need to be redesigned.

The DF241-200 model can be designed with different carrier arrangements. The configuration introduced on this page is based on 1080 standard yarn packages, with an approximate loading capacity of 1080 kg per batch. Higher loading quantity may require different package size, carrier spacing or customized arrangement.

A complete package yarn dyeing line usually includes soft winding machine, cotton package yarn dyeing machine, textile hydro extractor, package yarn dryer and rewinding equipment.

Yes. This model is mainly used for cotton package yarn dyeing, including soft yarn packages, bobbin yarn and cheese yarn loaded on dye tubes. The reversible liquor circulation helps improve dye liquor penetration through the package and supports more even shade between different yarn layers.

What is the loading capacity of this DF241 model?

This machine can load 1080 standard yarn packages. If each package is approximately 1 kg, the total loading capacity is around 1080 kg per batch.

What yarn package size is suitable for this machine?

The standard yarn package diameter is approximately 165 mm, and the dye tube height is normally 170–171 mm. If the package diameter is larger than 165 mm, the carrier structure and spindle arrangement need to be customized.

What is the liquor ratio?

The liquor ratio is approximately 1:6. The actual liquor ratio may vary according to package size, loading condition, yarn density and dyeing process.

Can this machine also be used for high-temperature dyeing processes?

Yes. The machine has a maximum working temperature of 140℃, so it can also support high-temperature dyeing processes when required. However, this page mainly focuses on cotton package yarn dyeing applications.

Can SEDO controller be used?

Yes. The standard configuration uses a Chinese automatic dyeing controller. SEDO controller can be selected as an optional upgrade according to customer requirements.
