GSH-1-60 is a compact high temperature spray hank yarn dyeing machine designed for small-lot polyester hank yarn, polyester blended yarn and other suitable synthetic yarn processing. It is commonly used for recipe testing, shade approval, trial production and limited-quantity orders where high temperature dyeing is required.
The machine is equipped with one 600mm spray pipe, 140℃ design temperature, 135℃ maximum working temperature and 0.4MPa maximum working pressure. Its recommended loading capacity is around 5kg, depending on yarn material, hank size, yarn density and process requirement.
This 5 kg immersion type high pressure hank yarn dyeing machine is designed for polyester blended hank yarn and special yarns requiring better hank shape, yarn roundness and softer appearance after dyeing. It uses steam heating, 316L dye liquor contact parts, inverter-controlled main pump motor and HG dyeing computer as standard configuration. SEDO controller and fully automatic control can be customized according to customer requirements.
