In March, Wuxi Shin Tong Yunn Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. completed the shipment of one set custom dual-system cone yarn dryer and one set hydro extractor to a customer in Pakistan.

This shipment was arranged based on the customer’s specified configuration requirements and is used for the post-dyeing process of cone yarn.

Cabinet type cone yarn dryer with dual heat exchanger system
The cone yarn dryer in this project is designed with a dual heat exchanger system, which is a customized configuration requested by the customer.
The machine is equipped with:
Dual control system for independent operation of wastewater and steam heating
During operation, the hot wastewater system is generally used for preheating. The thermal energy from the hot wastewater is transferred through the heat exchanger to provide the heat required for the dryer at the preheating stage.
When the machine operates with steam heating, the wastewater inlet valve is closed, and the system runs with the steam heat exchanger only.
This project adopts two independent heat exchangers instead of a shared system, allowing flexible switching between different heat sources according to plant conditions.
Hydro extractor used for removing excess water from dyed cone yarn
In addition to the dryer, one hydro extractor was delivered together with the same shipment. It is used to remove excess moisture before the drying stage.
This shipment is intended for a dyeing factory where both steam supply and hot wastewater discharge are available.
The configuration is arranged to match the plant’s existing utility conditions and process requirements.
